Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO alternative news sent two faxes to the “Winter White House” known as 19th President Donald John Trump’s residence at the Mar-a-lago hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. One declaring that he is not loyal to the Corporation of “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” but is loyal to the country and republic of the “United States of America”. Brian says in his letter that there are two United States of Americas. One is the country, founded in 1776 in the great rebellion against Great Britain for taxation without representation and no civil liberties, corrupt royal courts. The other is a corporation named the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” in all caps. Federal Courts, lawyers, and judges all use the term “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” in all caps because it is not the country but of the corporate entity known as the United States of America but in all caps. That way it is the exact same name as the country of the United States of America but it is not of the country and swears no loyalty to the U.S. Constitution and can choose to follow the laws or choose simply not too, for those working for this corporation. They can choose to follow the Constitution or not to.

Brian Hill has now declared to President Trump in writing, all federal courts acting under admiralty law and under the Corporation’s authority of law not authority of the Constitution as illegitimate, declared Joe Biden an illegitimate foreign President of the corporation of the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and demonstrating to President Trump that he is aware of the corporation acting as the illegal United States of America and imitating it’s governing functions. Brian is asking for a military tribunal to give him remedy and relief by allowing him to file the original “Writ of Habeas Corpus” instead of a 2255 motion that overrides Brian’s constitutional right or privilege to file a writ of habeas corpus petition under the “All Writs Act”. Brian is also asking for the arrest of Judge Schroeder, again. He will still have to follow the conditions of his supervised release until the corporation of the USA is to be dissolved as an unlawful entity masquerading ads the country Government of the United States of America, meaning that the original United States of America since 1776 will have to be revived, hopefully without a civil war necessary. This is not the first time that Brian has begged the military to arrest judge Thomas David Schroeder for high treason and is acting under an illegal corporation by refusing to follow the United States Constitution and refusing to follow any Supreme Court case law precedents. Even all practicing attorneys are getting paid by the corporation, as well as judges, as well as U.S. Marshals. They are all getting paid by the corrupt treasury of the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” to turn innocent Americans into cold hardened criminals to turn over a profit and legitimize slavery.
Since 1871, years after the “civil war” and after the assassination of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, the civil war between the North and the South left America under bad financial conditions and thus the country of America was placed into great debt. The relief for that debt to be repaid for the weapons and resources for the civil war for the Union and its soldiers in the 1860s was clear. That the United States of America will be bought up and reformed into the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and become a corporation officially entitled the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and that such corporation will be enacted under the Commissioners within the District of Columbia, in Washington, DC which is not a state but is a federal district. After 1871, America was no longer entitled to follow the Constitution of the United States of America. Judges, politicians, and police can choose when to follow the Constitution and when exactly not to follow the Constitution at their sole discretion. America can sue people and be sued under limited liability circumstances as a corporate entity. It’s loyalty isn’t to the American people but is to foreign powers such as Vatican City under the Pope, and Inner London. All Courts are subject to the licenses provided by the British Accredited Registry, BAR association which is a British entity over all federal and state courts. So foreign entitles who could care less about the American people have their entire hands in the United States Government which is why they have become so corrupt and non-fixable.

Brian has brought out his belief of how federal judges are being blackmailed with child rape and murder and demanding some form of legally tangible evidence from Attorney L. Lin Wood like an affidavit proving that the Deep State swamp are blackmailing the highest federal judges by forcing them into criminal acts of raping children and murdering them permanently compromising these judges and politicians as Attorney L. Lin Wood had said on twitter before twitter censored him. That evidence would explain why Brian lost every federal appeal and why his motions kept getting denied over and over again without any success, whatever he tried.
If any of this is true, then his family and Brian are all in deep trouble here. They know something the enemy does not want them to know. We are all victims of the corporation of the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” who could care less about whether an actual crime was committed or not or whether somebody was framed and can be proven or not.
